Relationship Marketing can be defined as:
Marketing activities that are aimed at developing and managing trusting and long-term relationships with larger customers
In my own business at CrossFit Naples we use many different practice to reach potential clients and to keep current clients happy.
Most of these weren’t built overnight. This has been by trial and error or the past 5 years. The beauty of being a small business owner is that I can change these activities based on the value or perceived value that I believe it generates. Four years ago this graph looked quite different. And four years from now this graph won’t the same either.
What is more important is that we use the things that work in the moment.
As pretty as this graph looks it means nothing if we can’t execute these practices consistently. Send a few post cards every few months has less value than sending post cards every week. Sending quick reply emails this week means nothing if if leave a dozen emails in my inbox to the following week.
What we do, we do consistently well.
That’s why we’re so successful.
I encourage that you create your own graph and input the things you do to “Get Them & Keep Them”. Hold strong these practice and consistently perform them well.
You will be surprised how well your business will consistently perform becuase of them.
